It’s time for some business news! Yay!

~ Lots of inquiries for the fall have come in over the last couple of weeks (hooray for super organized clients who book early!!), but haven’t just yet opened my calendar for September – November. I am placing inquiries on a “first call” list. I’ll e-mail these clients before sending my July reminder to book for the holidays! If you would like to be included in the July newsletter, please send me your e-mail address!

~ I’m moving, traveling for work, and looking forward to a visit from my parents in the coming week. For some reason my auto-responder ends up harassing clients when I turn it on, so here’s my “thanks for your patience while I’m in and out over the next week” note.

~ I’m currently booking in July for portrait sittings!

I hope everyone is enjoying this glorious Texas humidity (that was sarcasm, of course, but look at all the pretty green we have, right?)

Just a quick note to say that while I’m dropping in as much as possible to return messages and schedule ordering appointments and sessions, I’ll be back on Thursday! Thanks for your patience and hope your holiday weekend was restful and fun, fun, fun!

:: It SNOWED in Austin!!

:: There are only three spots open for portrait sessions on Saturdays between now and the end of May!

:: I have a flooded e-mail inbox right now. It’s mostly due to spring inquiries and wedding season coming in at the same time as the invitation rush with my calligraphy business. Keep ‘em coming, but just know that I’m typing as fast as humanly possible while also editing, addressing, designing, and shooting.

:: Please remember that ordering appointments and wedding consultations need to be scheduled in advance just like a session or event would. I’m often booked at least a couple weeks out.

:: As a general rule, please seek to book your session about four weeks before you would like to have your portraits. I most cases, it won’t take four weeks for an order to be fulfilled, but it never ever hurts to have a bit of cushion.
